How We Do It

Lawn Care

1. Mowing with a professional grade lightweight mower that won’t tear
up your yard

2. Line trimming all the areas on the property including fences, around
posts, trees, and curbs

3. Edging the sidewalks, driveways, and curbs with a metal blade edger
for crisp edges that stand out.

4. Blowing and cleaning up all grass clippings on the property.

The price you pay is determined by the square footage of the turf on
the property. We don’t upcharge if you live in a fancy neighborhood;
the price is the price, and it’s fair across the board.

Some other things to note during service: If we are servicing your
property and notice an empty trash can needs to be brought back up to
the house from the road then we are going to do it. We pick up kids toys
before we mow and place them on the porch. These are the extras that
set us apart, and it’s just normal day to day activities for us.

Shrub Trimming

1. Trimming and shaping shrubs and bushes to keep them neat, healthy, and evenly balanced.

2. Removing overgrowth that touches the house, walkways, windows, or fence.

3. Ensuring house number is visible from the street to ensure you never get HOA fines.

4. Cleaning out dead or overgrown branches to improve appearance and plant health

Pricing is based on the number and size of shrubs on the property. We don’t upcharge if you live in a fancy neighborhood; the price is the price, and it’s fair across the board.

Some other things to note during service: If we notice small details that need attention, we take care of them. Branches blocking walkways get cleared, loose debris gets picked up, and everything is trimmed to match how each specific client likes it done. We treat every property
with care and respect, and those little details are just part of how we work.

Leaf Cleanups

1. Blowing leaves out of lawns, flower beds, walkways, and hard-to- reach areas

2. Raking and collecting leaves to prevent smothered grass and drainage issues

3. Bagging and removing leaves from the property, or piling them neatly if preferred

4. Final blowing of driveways, sidewalks, patios, and curbs for a clean finish.

Pricing is based on the amount of leaf coverage and the size of the property. We don’t upcharge if you live in a fancy neighborhood; the price is the price, and it’s fair across the board.

Some other things to note during service: We pay attention to details while we work. Leaves stuck under shrubs, around fences, or along the house get taken care of. If something needs to be moved to do the job right, we put it back where it belongs. Every cleanup is done to match
how each specific client likes it, and we don’t leave until the property looks right.
